Hi folks
I have been suffering from intermittent motor stuttering since my savage was 6000 Kms old!
2 or 3 times a week it would happen, often stopping the engine.
Switching to "prime" would always cure it.
2 weeks ago I fitted a "normal" stopcock - On, Off and reserve, and since then she hasn't hickupped once!!
My dealer wants to make a report to Suzuki because it looks like a design error!
So that it carries some weight, he thinks it would be good if we had as many sufferers as possible.
Would all you fellow sufferers please send me an email with minimum details:
Name (optional), country, age of the bike, mileage and any comments you wish,
for example how often and since when it happens.
I would be much obliged if you could do this ASAP.
